ESSEX CLINIC
CLINIC DESIGN
I developed the interior design for the conversion of a former high-street restaurant in Essex into a two-room clinic. The compact footprint and low ceiling height required careful spatial planning, balancing an ambitious brief with what the existing space could realistically accommodate. Following an initial site assessment, I refined the layout to maximise usable space while considering the practical needs of a clinical environment. My role covered 2D CAD drawings, 3D visualisations, procurement and a detailed construction pack to guide the fit-out. Although my involvement ended at the design handover, the completed interior closely reflected my visualisations, demonstrating how a considered design could make the most of a challenging space.
